Summer, humidity and the sea
Frizzy hair swells in humidity because the cuticle is open. After a straightening that closes the cuticle, August humidity stops being an event. At the sea and the pool, still wet your hair with fresh water first and rinse afterwards, because salt and chlorine dry out any hair.
Blow-dryer, brush and serum: what works
After straightening, frizzy hair does not need a blow-dry every morning. When it does, dry at medium heat and finish with a cool blast that closes the cuticle. A light serum on the ends, and no products that need high heat. A flat iron only for an event, at low heat.

What not to do

Will straightening kill my curls forever?
No. Treated hair stays smooth, but the hair that grows from the root is your natural hair. If you want to go back to curls, simply do not treat the root.
