Shipping policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one.
1. Who we ship to
The straightening formula is sold to salons and certified hair stylists only, and orders are shipped to the business address given in the order. Home-line products, once launched, will also be shipped to private customers.
2. Delivery times
- Delivery to salons: 2–7 business days from the date the order and payment are confirmed.
- The count of days starts on the business day following order confirmation.
- Delivery to remote localities may take longer.
- During busy periods (holidays, promotions) short delays may occur; we will let you know in advance wherever possible.
3. Shipping fees
Online shop orders: a shipping fee of ₪29, and free shipping on orders of ₪290 or more (product total after discount). The exact amount is shown before payment.
Salon orders: shipping fees, where charged, are shown before the order is completed. Multi-bottle orders may ship free of charge, according to the price list in the professionals' area.
4. Receiving your delivery
- On receiving the delivery, check its contents against the order.
- Visible damage, a missing item or a mismatch must be reported within 48 hours by phone or WhatsApp at 058-700-7030, and we will take care of it.
- Delivery to anyone acting on behalf of the customer at the address provided is deemed valid delivery.
5. Self-pickup
With advance arrangement, orders can be collected from our salon in Ashkelon during opening hours.
