We believe the site should be usable by the entire public. Our goal is to provide all customers and users, with or without disabilities, with equal and accessible service, and we therefore work to enable and adapt the use of the site for people with disabilities as well.

The accessibility adjustments on our site were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, subject to the changes and adaptations made in the Israeli Standard document. The accessibility adjustments were tested on the latest versions of the leading browsers, and the site is adapted for viewing and supported by the various browsers.

The site also has an accessibility menu. Clicking the menu opens the accessibility buttons.

Clarification

We make considerable efforts to implement accessibility adjustments on the site; nevertheless, there may be pages or sections of the site where the accessibility adjustment is not optimal or for which a suitable technological solution has not yet been found. We strive to keep, maintain and improve the site and its accessibility to the highest standard on an ongoing basis, in order to enable use of the site by the entire population, including people with disabilities.
